( TATE TOWNSHIP, OH ) -- The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single vehicle crash that occurred on February 14, just before 8:30 pm on State Route 133 near mile marker 15.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a 1995 Honda Civic was southbound on SR 133, traveled off the left side of the road, went into a ditch, struck a tree, and overturned. Kevin Ray Campbell was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported by Air Care to UC Medical Center, where he is in critical condition.
Alcohol and/or drugs is suspected as a factor in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
