( Campbell County, Ky ) - The new murder trial for Shayna Hubers has been rescheduled to early next year. A Campbell County Judge on Tuesday, pushed the start date back four months to January 16, 2018.
Hubers is accused of killing her boyfriend, Ryan Poston, back in 2012.
She admitted to police that she shot Poston several times and was found guilty in the case. Hubers was sentenced to 40 years in prison, but it was later discovered that one of the jurors was a convicted felon.
She was then awarded a new trial.
