Valentine's Day Weekend at Krohn Conservatory

( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- If you are looking for Valentine's Day activities over the weekend, the Krohn Conservatory has you covered.

On the night of Friday, February 10, there will be the Krohn by Candlelight Date Night. This runs from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and you must be 21 or older to attend. Attendees will be able to make a craft for their special someone and learn about chocolate in the education room. You're also able to see their Blooms on the Bayou show. Each admission includes a drink ticket for beer or wine and a light bite plate with chocolate. Reservations required and are $15 per person.

On Saturday, from 1 - 3 pm, you can learn how chocolate is grown and Chef Ursula will show how to use it in recipes. There will be a display and demo with chocolate to sample.

On Sunday, from 1 - 3 pm, Maverick Chocolates will be there to demo chocolate-making techniques and give away free chocolate samples to attendees.

The Krohn Conservatory is also letting everyone know they need to register for their Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball on March 3 that goes from 6 - 10 pm. It is for adults 21 and older and costs $15 per person. Space for the event is limited, so you must register early.
