(Covington, Ky.)--The man who was stuck an killed on I-75 last week has been identified. Police say Brian Patrick Marlin, 51, was killed. after he was stuck by a car just after midnight Thursday. Police say Marlin, was from Oregon and Oklahoma and had just arrived in Northern Kentucky.
Marlin was crossing I- 71/I- 75 at Kyle's Lane when he was stuck and killed. His body was wedged in the windshield of the car. The diver continued down the highway for two miles until he came to a Speedway Gas Station at Fifth and Philadelphia streets in Covington.
Several calls to 911 report that Marlin, appeared to have been drunk and staggering when he walked out into the Highway.
