(Cincinnati, Oh.)--The 8th annual Touchdown for Hope event Super Bowl Sunday Event is aiming to raise money to help those struggling with addiction.
The event put on by the Linder Center of Hope will be at Great American Ballpark on Sunday Feb, 5. The Tailgate events start at 5:30 p.m. with Kick Off if set for 6:30 P.M.
Jennifer Pierson, with the Linder Center of Hope says tickets are still available, they range form $125.00 to $75.00 for anyone under the age of 35. Those who purchases 9 tickets will get a 10th for free.
Pierson says, the money raised will help those fighting addiction. She states "folks who are struggling with substance abuse disorders, the main barriers to treatment are often financial and then motivation to treatment, so we've structured the dollars to be able to help with those things."
The Linder Center of Hope says the proceeds will be used to subsidize the cost of assessment and treatment of those struggling with addition who seek treatment at their Hope Center North Location.
