( OAKLEY, OH ) -- As local brewers, MadTree, outgrew its current facility on Kennedy Avenue, they are preparing to open MadTree 2.0 on Madison Road.
The tap room at the old facility will officially close on Saturday, February 4. The new taproom at MadTree 2.0 holds their grand opening for the public on Saturday, February 11, from 11am to 1am. 70 different beers will be on tap, including many from around the United States that are not sold in Ohio. Local restaurants will also have food trucks at the event and local DJ's and bands will provide the music all day long.
Coming along to the new, much larger facility will be Catch a Fire Pizza. You will also be able to watch beer being brewed while drinking MadTree. Brewing at the new facility will officially begin in April.
MadTree sales are doing quite well, and they are distributed throughout all of Ohio except for the Northeast market around Cleveland. With the new expansion, they can finally tap into that market.
