( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- It appears that members of city council are seriously looking into a new location for District Five Police Headquarters.
Officers at District Five have been complaining for some time, saying that the old building was making them sick. Though inspections found no mold or asbestos, police say something in the building was making them sick.
City Manager Harry Black has now suggested using the old permit center on Central Parkway as the new location for the District Five Headquarters. Many on council believe that this would be the best move for many reasons, especially financial reasons.
City Councilman Kevin Flynn says that he's expressed displeasure over the use of the budget by his colleagues for three years and says that the problem at District Five is not new. Flynn recalls when the city manager came before council last year to inform them of the problems and nothing was done.
