It was his own 11 year old son who made him pull over. A Harrison father is charged with child endangering after driving high on heroin. Police say 43 year old James Beasley was arrested after running into a fence on Ruwe's Oak Drive. The officers who found Beasley had to revive him with Narcan. He is currently being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center pending a court appearance in February.
