( Cincinnati, Oh ) - Cincinnati Police responded near Government Square Wednesday afternoon for a shooting at Fifth & Walnut.
The victim, described only as a black male in his forties, was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
A suspect was taken into custody, and a gun was recovered near 8th and Walnut.
