(Cincinnati) It was described as brutal and difficult to watch. The man police say beat an 87-year-old LaRosa's employee is now behind bars.
39-year-old Davet Shelton is facing a number of charges, including aggravated rbbery and felonious assault. Police say he was caught on camera outside the Corryville LaRosa's attacking the man, beating him with his own cane, then stealing his car.
Shelton has plead not guilty.
