Two Tristate families are displaced Sunday after fires at their homes. Firefighters were called out to a home in Northside just before one p.m. Three people in the home were able to get out safely but the home suffered about $20,000 worth of damage. Firefighters said there was major damage to the 2nd floor. Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire. In another fire on Sunday, firefighters battled flames in Sycamore Township around 11:30 a.m. The three people got out safely, but their house on School Road suffered major damage. The Red cross is offering them help.
