( Cincinnati, OH ) – A new multi-purpose is coming to The Banks. "Street Corner" is expected to open in Spring 2017, where the current Orange Leaf space is located.
The market offers a variety of fresh and packaged food, deli items, locally sourced craft beers and coffee.
Street Corner will cater to the needs of busy professionals and downtown residents. Eventually, the market will also allow customers to "build a basket" of items they want to pick up on the way home through an online portal that is currently under development.
“This is a great example of the evolution of The Banks and how the development is meeting the needs of our community as we grow,” said Laura Griffin, associate with Nicol Investment Company. “The new demographics of the neighborhood have created significant demand for a fresh food market and Street Corner is an ideal fit.”
Orange Leaf's lease is expiring and the business has decided not to renew, making the space available.
Street Corner is the largest specialty-based convenience store franchise in the United States with more than 40 locations nationwide. Cincinnati's location will cover more than 1,500 square feet and will employ 10 people.
