( Cincinnati ) - Police say the two young women suspected of firing BB gun rounds at people downtown and in Over-the-Rhine have turned themselves in.
Brittany and Kelsey Hopper surrendered on Tuesday. They're charged with multiple counts of assault. Police say they tried to change the appearance of their car after police put out an initial description.
UPDATE: Cincinnati Police have confirmed that a third suspect, 30-year-old David White, has turned himself in.
