His days as City Manager in Cincinnati are numbered. Harry Black who has been involved in a public feud with Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley is on his way out. The Mayor has called a special session for tomorrow to deal with the termination of the city's chief executive.
The Mayor tried to convince council to buyout the contract of Harry Black last month but a majority of council refused to side with the Mayor to remove the city manager. Now, that has changed. Councilman Greg Landsman says his opinion changed after learning of the problems with the 911 call center in the city. Landsman no longer supports Black and is prepared to vote in favor of his termination.
