Ravens deliver OT dagger to Bengals and season

Ravens 41 Bengals 38 (OT)

Justin Tucker kicked a game-winning 24-yard field goal with 3:33 left in overtime to deliver a dagger to the Bengals season.

Derrick Henry, contained all afternoon, rumbled 51-yards on the first play after Evan McPherson missed a game winning 53-yard attempt, to set up the deciding kick.

The Bengals are now 1-4, 0-3 at Paycor.

The Bengals had double digit leads three different times: 24-14, 31-21, 38-28.

Trailing by 10 with 5:24 remaining in the game, Baltimore scored the final 13 points to win it.

Germaine Pratt recovered a Lamar Jackson fumble on the opening drive of OT. But the Bengals promptly went three and out from the Baltimore 38-yard line, running all three times, twice with an extra OL, gaining 0-3-0 yards. McPherson then missed the game winning FG attempt with 4:28 left in OT. There was a bad hold by Ryan Rehkow.

Joe Burrow tossed a career high 5 TDs in the losing effort, but threw an interception with 3:01 left in regulation and the Bengals up three.

The Ravens sent the game to OT on Tucker’s 56-yard FG with 1:35 left.

Tied at 38, the Bengals had it 1st down at own 30 w/ 1:35 in regulation, but Burrow was sacked on 1st down and they went three and out.
