Our visit with Animal Friends and the dog of the week

On the June 14th Mick celebrated 1 full year of living at the shelter. At around 2 years old, Mick has spent nearly half of his life living in a shelter environment and while he's done a lot while he's with us, we know there's a foster or forever family with so much more to offer him! Mick is a smart boy and had even completed "Good Pup" training with one of his favorite volunteers! He's brushed up on all the basic tricks, and now just needs to learn what it's like to have a forever family! Mick has not spent much time around kids so he might do best with older children, but may even enjoy having a canine sibling or two. He seems to enjoy the company of other respectful dogs, and has a few dogs at the shelter that he enjoys running around the playyard with! Even if you can't adopt help spread the word and help Mick get into a loving home!
