The Mets clubbed two homers off Hunter Greene and tagged him for six runs in 5.1 innings and went on to beat the Reds 7-4 Monday night at GABP.

Cheers of 'Let's go Mets!" rang out around the GABP crowd of 19,533 throughout the game.

The Reds have lost 5 of 6 and 13 of 17. The drop to 27-52, including 13-26 at home. They are on pace to finish 55-107 overall.

Hunter Greene: 5.1 IN, 7 H, 6 R, 1 BB, 5 K, 2 HR, 2 HBP, 99 pitches, 63 strikes. He exited with one out and two on in the 6th. Both runners scored when Reiver Sanmartin allowed a two-run double to Dominic Smith. Three-run HR Brandon Nimmo (85 mph slider), solo HR Francisco Lindor (99 mph fastball). Greene has allowed a ML high 22 HR. He threw 62 fastballs, 32 sliders and 5 changeups.

Long ball offense: All four Reds runs came on homers. Brandon Drury hit a three-run rocket for his 17th HR, a new career high. Nick Senzel lined his 2nd.

On fire: Senzel is 14 for 32 (.438) over his last 10 games.

Tough night: Jonathan India was 0 for 3 with 3 K and an error. He's batting .211. He was caught stealing for the third time in four tries. He was 12 for 15 on SB last year. Joey Votto 0 for 4, 2 K, .210.

Swing and miss: The top six hitters in the Reds order had 10 K in 21 ABs.
