(Cincinnati, OH) -What caused 37-year-old Gina Price of Richmond, Indiana to hit two Union County Highway Department workers on Clifton Road Monday morning is not yet known. The Union County Prosecutor will make the decision on any possible charges after the investigation is complete.
Price was tested under Indiana law to see whether she was intoxicated at the time of the crash Monday morning about 9:00. Indiana State Police say her 2008 Honda struck 42-year-old Justin Moore of Brookville and 62-year-old Douglas Scaggs of Liberty, killing Moore and seriously injuring Scaggs.
Indiana State Police say the county workers were on the job, outside their vehicle at the time they were hit.
