Cincinnati police are asking for help identifying a woman who maced a crowd of people in Over the Rhine at Washington Park. They have obtained surveillance video of the incident and are hoping someone recognizes her. Among the people in the crowd at the park on May 24th who were sprayed with mace was a 3 year old child.
