Councilman Wendell Young to Remain on Cincinnati City Council

Indicted for his part in the gang of five texting scandal, the democrat will be allowed to continue to vote on the budget and other matters of city business.

The special commission ruling that the felony charge involved alleged conduct that occurred approximately three years ago and that has been public knowledge for most of that time without any effect on the functioning of his office.
