(Cincinnati, OH) - A house fire Wednesday morning has left one person homeless. The fire took place in Evanston in the 2100 block of Crane Avenue just before 7:15. The first Cincinnati firefighters on the scene reported the blaze was in the kitchen.
Upon arrival crews say the fire was difficult to control because of a large amount of accumulated material that was inside the house.
The damage was set at $45,000 and no one was injured. The cause is under investigation.
Duck Creek Road had to be shut down for more than an hour.
