(700 WLW)- The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol continue the investigation after a fatal accident on State Route 73 near Bunnell Hill Road in Clearcreek Township Thursday night. Just before 8 o'clock, a 1994 Chevrolet 1500 pickup was being driven westbound on SR-73 by 48 year old Tommy Abner of Wilmington. Mr. Abner drove left of center and struck a 2018 Honda Civic being driven eastbound on SR 73 by 51 year old Jeri Murray of Waynesville. Ms. Murray was pronounced deceased at the scene. Mr. Abner was transported to the Kettering Medical Center Hospital in Kettering with minor injuries. There were no other occupants in either vehicle. Impairment is suspected of being a factor in the crash.
