(700 WLW)- An investigation continues after a collision at the intersection of Burlington Pike and Aero Parkway in Florence, Sunday Night just after 8 o'clock. That's where an SUV driven by 37 year old Tara Girtley of Walton, drove off the right side of the road, smacking into two utility poles. The second collision resulted in the SUV breaking in half and continuing onto Burlington Pike. Miss Girtley was ejected from the SUV and pronounced dead at the scene.
