George Ignaszak is operating his GRAY, EXTENDED CAB 2003 CHEVROLET K1500 with a KY registration plate of 326-BHZ The truck has a red and yellow strap on the tailgate in the shape of a "V". Geoge Ignaszak may suffer from dementia .
