( South Fairmont ) - The Cincinnati man whose toddler died last year of a fentanyl overdose has been indicted and arrested.
25-Year-Old Charles Foggie (pictured) now facing involuntary manslaughter and endangering children charges. His 18-month old son, Brayden Foggie, died on October 15th at Cincinnati Children's Hospital after being found unresponsive at his home on Selim Avenue. A toxicology investigation released by the coroner last month indicated that the child allegedly ingested the powerful painkiller Fentanyl.
Foggie was indicted last month, and he was arrested this past Sunday.
Charles Foggie is now at the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting arraignment.
