A court date today for a man who was dressed as Santa Claus and arrested during a protest outside P and G headquarters yesterday in downtown Cincinnati. 68 year old David Freeman of North Carolina is charged with criminal trespassing for entering the building without permission. The protesters claim P and G is destroying endangered forests to produce Charmin toilet paper. Freeman did not have to spend the night in jail after bond was posted on his behalf.
@CincyPD were quick to point out in this tweet that Freeman is not the real Santa.
