(700 WLW)- State troopers continue their investigation after a double fatal accident Tuesday night on I-71 just east of Lebanon near State Route 123. The accident happening last night at around 8 o'clock. That's when an SUV with Massachusetts plates was heading northbound on I-71 in the southbound lanes on 71 when the collision occurred. The driver of the SUV, 41 year old Jordan Rivard and a child inside later died from their injuries. Two others in the crash were taken to the hospital. One is said to be a 10 year old with serious injuries. Troopers saying that child was taken to the hospital by one of the first responders, a police officer. The driver of the semi was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
