( Cincinnati ) - If you're looking to help kids learn even on days when the regular teacher can't be there, CPS wants you.
Cincinnati Public Schools is holding a job fair to attract substitute teachers. The event is Saturday, November 2, from 9am to noon at the CPS Education Center on 2651 Burnet Ave.
Ohio law requires substitute teachers to have any kind of bachelor's degree and also a substitute teaching license.
Would-be subs should bring the following:
- Official transcript
- Substitute teaching license
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Driver's license
- Bank information
- Three letters of reference
