(700 WLW)- Cincinnati Police were sent to the intersection of Hamilton and Marlowe Court in College Hill at around 7 o'clock after numerous shots were heard in the area. Once on scene, officers locating a male victim in his late twenties, who later died from his injuries. Police identifying the victim as 28 year old Giavanni Penman. Police remain unsure of a suspect at this time.
