A Colerain Township man is locked up in the Hamilton County Justice Center after police say he defecated in his neighbor's yard. The incident allegedly happened about 1pm Sunday afternoon. The neighbor who called police also says he captured it all on cellphone video at his home on Topeka. 34 year old Gregory Pittman is charged with Public Indecency which is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. The potential maximum punishment if convicted is 30 days in jail and a $250 fine.
