(700 WLW)- Earlier this month, officers responding to the 100 block of Kessler Avenue for an unconscious infant. Once on scene, police finding the 2 year old and transported her to Children’s Hospital. The victim, Rosalie Pantoja, later died from her injuries. Police have ruled her death a homicide. At around 10 o'clock Tuesday night, police making an arrest in the case. 29 year old Thomas Smith III was placed under arrest in the murder and death of the infant girl. Cincinnati Police continue the investigation.
