Clay Alliance Spring Pottery Fair Returns May 4
50+ Area Clay Artists Showing You the Better Side of Mud Slinging
Cincinnati, OH—On Saturday, May 4, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., more than 50 of the area’s top clay artists will come together for the 19th annual Spring Pottery Fair, presented by the Clay Alliance.
Shoppers will find an amazing selection of original pottery to fit every taste – a huge range of both functional and decorative items that includes everything from plates, platters and bowls to one-of-a-kind art and garden pieces. As a nurturing not-for-profit group, the Clay Alliance welcomes ceramic artists of all skill levels, encourages their further development, and works to raise community awareness of the ceramic craft. The Clay Alliance holds member workshops and exhibitions, co-hosts workshops with other clay-oriented groups, organizes two annual art fairs – the Spring Pottery Fair and Holiday Pottery Fair – and presents Empty Bowls, a yearly event benefiting the Freestore Foodbank’s Kids Café. Membership in the Clay Alliance is open to anyone interested in clay (teacher, professional, student, amateur, collector, gallery owner or supplier).
