(Cincinnati) -- A judge said today that five democratic Cincinnati City Council members should resign for violating state Sunshine Laws.
Tamaya Dennard, Greg Landsman, Chris Seelbach, P.G Sittenfeld and Wendell Young admitted to conducting official city business via text message and email.
They called themselves the "Gang of Five" in the messages and cost taxpayers $177,000 dollars in a lawsuit.
Judge Robert Ruehlman said the five members of council should resign. None of them plan on resigning, but all of them have apologized.
