(Clermont County) - The funeral for the Clermont County Sheriff's deputy who was killed in the line of duty last weekend was held today at Mt. Carmel Christian Church in Batavia.
A funeral procession took his body to Pierce Township Cemetery for burial.
Among those speaking at the funeral for Deputy Bill Brewer was the Clermont County Sheriff, Steve Leahy, who used expletives to describe feelings toward the 23 year-old suspect, Wade Winn.
Winn is currently in jail and charged with killing Deputy Brewer and wounding another deputy last weekend.
