(Cincinnati) - Cincinnati Police have narrowed the search for new District Five headquarters to two spots.
The building is supposed to open in 2020 and will either be on Central Parkway in Clifton or Hamilton Avenue in College Hill.
The city already owns 3300 Central Parkway in Clifton and would have to buy a motel next door to for parking. The location on 5837 Hamilton Avenue is in a strip mall.
Right now it would cost the city more than $22 million to stay in College Hill and more than $9 million to move to Clifton.
City Council will continue to discuss options in January.
