(700 WLW)- Firefighters were dispatched Halloween night to a fire in Bond Hill. They were able to help a man and a dog escape a mattress fire. The man suffered non life threatening burns to his leg. While firefighters remained on scene a neighbor across the street asked if they could help in delivering a baby. So some firefighters and a medic unit were released from the fire scene and ran to help the mother. They successfully delivered a healthy baby girl. Mom and baby are doing just fine at a nearby hospital.
