( Hamilton County ) - The sheriff says one of his employees has resigned amid accusations he was caught on video looking for sex from an underage teen.
In a statement released Friday afternoon, Sheriff Jim Neil says the group Parents Against Predators posted a video online Thursday (above) purportedly showing an undercover sting involving an adult man who tried to meet a 15-year-old girl for sex. The sheriff says the man in that video is former Deputy Ryan Parker. He was assigned to the Jail Services section and on Friday, he resigned.
Sheriff Jim Neil says an administrative investigation has been launched. There's no word yet if any criminal charges will be filed.
