A sellout crowd of 53,790 jammed Riverfront Stadium to celebrate Johnny Bench Night.
Bench was honored in pre-game ceremonies with a new truck, a two-seat fishing boat and a two week golf vacation in Scotland.
Bench sent the crowd into a frenzy with a game-tying, two-run homer in the third inning.
The homer was the 389th and final of his career.
