( Avondale ) - District Four Police were called out to the 500 block of Hale Ave Tuesday evening on a report of a person shot.
Once on scene, officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Kenneth Schroeder, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another man was taken to the UC Medical Center with life threatening injuries. His identity has not been released.
No information about any suspects have been released, but two men were seen fleeing the area right after the shots were fired.
