Study: Dinner Time Linked To Cancer Risk

People who eat dinner at least two hours before bed reduce their risk of getting breast and prostate cancer.  A study from the Barcelona Institute for Global Health observed the link after looking at eating and sleeping habits.  People who ate after 9 p.m. had a higher risk of cancer.  Researchers aren't exactly sure why this seems to be the case but theorize the human body developed over time to function differently in the day and the night.
