( Florence, Kentucky ) - UPDATE: Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters announced the indictment of a man who is charged with making terroristic threats toward the Hamilton County Prosecutor's office, the courthouse and the Justice Center.
Police say 51-year-old Allan Summers was arrested yesterday for making these threats on Facebook. He's been indicted today for one count of making terroristic threats. If Summers is convicted he could face up to three years in prison.

On the day federal agents announced the arrest of a man who wanted to bomb Independence Day activities in Cleveland, Florence Police announced that 51-year-old Allan Summers has been charged with terroristic threatening in a separate case.
Investigators say they were contacted Sunday about alarming posts that Summers was allegedly making on Facebook. He's accused of making threats toward the Hamilton County Prosecutor's office, the courthouse, and the Justice Center. The bulk of the threatening statements focused on July 9. He allegedly warned people he knows to stay away from those buildings on that day.
