(Franklin, OH) - The Warren County Sheriff's Office has charged a high school teacher with Sexual Battery, a felony of the 3rd degree.
Madalyn S. Arnett, 25, was arrested Wednesday night after detectives served a search warrant at her home in West Carrollton, according to Chief Deputy Barry Riley.
She is accused of improper conduct with a student at Franklin High School where she taught Social Studies.
The school district went to police after getting information about inappropriate electronic communications between a teacher and student.
