(Butler County, OH) - The Butler County babysitter accused of beating Hannah Wesche so severely that the 3-year-old suffered permanent brain damage and died 10 days later, has now been formally indicted on a charge of Murder.
Along with the new charge Lindsay Partin, 35, of Hanover Township is also facing charges of four counts of Felony Endangering Children, and Involuntary Manslaughter.
Partin was previously indicted on charges of felony child endangering and assault.
The babysitter reportedly admitted to striking the child but told police the 3-year-old girl then fell and struck her head on the concrete floor in the garage on the morning of March 8, 2018.
Hannah was flown to Children’s Hospital but would never go home, she died 10 days later after being declared brain dead by her doctors.
Partin is free on $75,000 bond and is due back in court April 9, 2018.
