(Boone County Ky.)--A suspect is still on the run after he fled from police twice early Monday morning.
A Boone County Sheriff’s Deputies were called out to the Marathon on Verona-Mudlick Road in Verona, Kentucky in response to a suspicious person in a Chevrolet Cobalt.
The Sheriff's Department reports after the man was ordered out of the car and being detained he fought with two deputies, pushed them away and got to his car where one of the deputies attempted to utilize a taser on him, as he started to drive away the other deputy fired his weapon striking the suspects car.
The suspect, driving a grey Chevrolet Cobalt fled the area only to be found in Gallatin County where he fled again into Indiana.
The Cobalt was found shortly thereafter unoccupied in a parking lot.
