A world-class chef is not facing charges after making his way through LAX with piranhas in his luggage. Virgilio Martinez owns a high-end restaurant in Peru and he was recently featured on the Netflix cooking show, Chef's Table. Earlier this week he was stopped at the airport with 40 of the flesh eating fish in his bag. He tried making a joke with TSA agents, and was then brought to a room where he was interrogated for five hours. He tells the L.A. Times that he ended up serving dried piranha skins inside piranha heads at a bougie restaurant in the Los Angeles-area.
