Teachers in one Pennsylvania school district are getting baseball bats to help them protect against attackers. The "Erie Times-News" reports teachers in Millcreek Township School District in northwestern Pennsylvania aren't expected to confront gunmen with the 16-inch bats. However, they could be used as a last resort if they had to fight an attacker. The 600 bats the district ordered for its staff cost under two-thousand-dollars.
