There is a curfew in Quebec due to Covid-19, which starts at 8 pm each night. A local woman was stopped by the police walking around 9 p.m. She was out walking with her husband, which is against the curfew. However, her husband was leashed. She argued that she was abiding by the curfew, which allow dogs to be walked on leashes after 8 pm, to which the police pointed out her husband is not a dog. They were both fined $1,500 (each) for violating the order
