One person is under arrest following a sideshow that blocked all lanes on the Bay Bridge. It happened Sunday morning at about 10:45 a.m. Three cars were caught on video spinning doughnuts on the Bridge. One of the cars became disabled during the sideshow. CHP says the driver of that car was arrested for reckless driving and exhibition of speed. The two other cars left the scene before officers arrived.
