An incident one man says was just fun and games is no laughing matter to the FWC, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. A video posted on Facebook last week shows Robby Stratton holding a live alligator and chasing people in a Westside convenience store on 103rd Street. Stratton says everyone in the store was in on the gag, but the FWC is investigating, and one alligator handler tells First Coast News he believes Stratton committed a felony. Stratton tells Action News Jax he had been drinking and he regrets what he says was a stupid thing to do.
