Some parents in Jersey City are upset with Snoop Dogg's Fourth of July performance. According to "Page Six," the rap star was supposed to wrap up his show by 9:20 p.m., so fireworks could start immediately following his show. However, the show lasted longer than planned due to a surprise appearance by Akon, and fireworks didn't start until 10:15 p.m. Many parents with small children had to leave without seeing the celebratory sky display and tweeted their disapproval at both the rapper and Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop.
